A Lo-fi Approach To Storytelling

In an era where there are plans afoot to digitise entire works of literature into byte sized, mobile- tagged, chunks, the following storytelling venture provides a welcome tonic.
An as yet unidentified author has begun posting pages of his or her novel, Holy Crap, around locations in New York City. The project differs from the usualtransmedia storytelling and takes cues from geocaching by providing readers with the location of the next page in the narrative. To date, the project has remained an offline venture, with no word as to whether the writer has established a web presence.
